We contributed to the Luxembourg chapter of Lexology Panoramic - Private Equity (Fund Formation).

In this article, we outline the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier's new practice and draw a comparison to the Swiss regulatory landscape as well as the practice of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority.
