Leonie advises commercial companies, public authorities, investors, and project developers on a broad range of environmental and administrative law matters. Her practice focuses particularly on environmental law and public enforcement, including complex permitting and enforcement matters, administrative proceedings and litigation.

Leonie’s experience in both private practice and an in-house environment gives her a strong understanding of the legal, operational, and commercial considerations clients face.

For Leonie, that understanding is an important part of providing effective legal advice:

“What I enjoy most is really getting to understand a client’s business and finding a solution that not only works from a legal perspective but genuinely adds value to the business.”

Combining in-depth legal knowledge with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, she will advise and represent clients across a wide range of environmental and administrative law matters, working closely with colleagues across disciplines to provide integrated solutions.

“I am very pleased to be back at Loyens & Loeff. I particularly value the opportunity to work in an integrated and multidisciplinary environment, bringing together different areas of expertise to help clients navigate complex challenges.” – Leonie Muetstege

We are delighted to welcome Leonie back to our firm and look forward to working together again.
