On 16 June 2021 Silver Arrow Athlon NL 2021-1 B.V. issued EUR 667,600,000 in notes. Athlon’s Silver Arrow NL securitisation is Athlon Car Lease Nederland B.V. (Athlon) its first car lease securitisation under the Silver Arrow securitisation program of Daimler AG. The Silver Arrow NL securitisation is intended to meet the STS (simple, transparent and standardised) requirements under the Securitisation Regulation. Institutional investors in notes issued under securitisations meeting the STS requirements have the benefit of enhanced capital requirements.
