Loyens & Loeff assisted Orange Capital Partners with the financing of the acquisition of a portfolio of residential real estate

The portfolio includes eight buildings which provide for 440 residential units in Apeldoorn, Eindhoven, Hengelo, Huizen, Gouda, Nuenen and Rotterdam. The total rental area is approximately 51,000 square meters.
