Loyens & Loeff advised PAI Partners SAS, a French-based private equity firm, and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, a Canada-based investment management company, acting jointly through Sunshine Investments B.V. have reached conditional agreement on a recommended, fully funded, public offer for all the issued and outstanding ordinary shares in the capital of Refresco Group NN., a listed Dutch company.
