DPG Media and Talpa Network, both leading multi-media companies, have reached an agreement on the proposed acquisition of Mood for Magazines (LINDA.) by DPG Media.

We advised Intersaction and Foeth on the financing of the acquisition of INTIMAC. The acquisition was financed by Kartesia's Impact Fund, with co-investment from Golding Capital Partners.
