ING Bank NV has refinanced the Koninklijke Wagenborg Group

Loyens & Loeff assisted ING Bank N.V. in the refinancing of the Koninklijke Wagenborg Group, an international maritime logistics conglomerate with about 3,000 employees and a versatile fleet of over 230 vessels, in relation to a EUR 86,720,000 credit agreement for the purpose of refinancing the group’s existing credit facilities by means of term loans related to 23 collateral vessels.
