Geodis acquires plot of land in Venlo for development of XXL logistic campus

Loyens & Loeff advised Geodis on the acquisition of a plot of land at the logistic area Trade Port Noord in Venlo. Geodis intends to develop a 130,000 sq. m. XXL logistic campus, which development is anticipated to commence in early 2022.
