Berlin Hyp provided a financing of €84.4 million to Huurwoningen Nederland Fonds

Loyens & Loeff assisted Berlin Hyp in providing a financing of €84.4 million to Huurwoningen Nederland Fonds (the sponsor and investor being Credit Linked Beheer B.V.). The financing is intended for a residential portfolio consisting of ten elements spread out across different locations in the Netherlands, whereby six of these locations are in large cities. The portfolio encompasses a total of approximately 490 residential units and around 400 parking spaces. The total rental area amounts to 30,700 square metres.
