We are pleased to invite you to our annual Real Estate Seminar, taking place on Thursday 3 September 2026, followed by networking drinks at our Brussels office. This year's edition will focus on practical structuring solutions in real estate transactions.
This year marks the fifth anniversary of Book 3 of the (new) Civil Code, which deals with property law. This is the ideal moment to reflect on asset deal and development structuring with rights in rem and concessions. Considering the market practice, we will also take a deep dive into pricing mechanisms in share deals.
What to expect?
