Patrick van Oppen is a partner in Loyens & Loeff’s Corporate Tax Services practice group and a member of the Automotive Team, the Healthcare Team and the Asia-Pacific Region Team.
Previously Patrick headed the Tokyo office from 2005 to 2009 and worked in our Frankfurt office.
Patrick advises national and international clients and specialises in (cross-border) transactions and group restructuring, particularly in relation to the Benelux, Germany, and Japan. He focuses on transfer pricing related matters (advance pricing agreements, general audits, mutual consultation procedures, etc.).
