Loyens & Loeff acted as Dutch counsel for selling shareholder Index Ventures, a London and San Francisco-based international venture capital firm in a €200 million block trade of shares in Adyen, a global payment company that allows businesses to accept e-commerce, mobile, and point-of-sale payments which successfully launched an IPO on Euronext Amsterdam last year. The sale was carried out through an accelerated bookbuild offering to institutional investors.
