De Poli Tankers B.V. and Regional Shipping B.V. buy Team Tankers Management SA and Team Tankers Regional Ltd. from Team Tankers Management Holding AS and Team Tankers International Ltd.

Loyens & Loeff has advised De Poli Tankers group on the acquisition of the European-based chemical tanker business from Team Tankers International Ltd. The acquisition includes seven 8,000 DWT chemical stainless-steel parcel tankers and the entire organisation of Team Tankers in Marbella, Spain.
