Vincent van der Lans

Vincent van der Lans heads the tax practice in Loyens & Loeff’s New York office, which provides Dutch and Luxembourg tax advice to US clients. Vincent specializes in international tax matters, particularly for US multinational corporations, financial institutions and investment funds (including private equity and venture capital). His work includes mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and financing transactions. He frequently acts as speaker at international tax seminars and conferences, including Loyens & Loeff’s own New York tax seminar and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and he publishes regularly in tax literature. Vincent has been recognized for his work by among others The Legal 500 and is quoted from time to time by Tax Analysts and International Tax Review regarding corporate tax developments in Europe.
Vincent is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB), the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Foreign Lawyers Forum of the American Bar Association, Section of Taxation (ABA) and the Tax Review paper and discussion group.
