Peter has been involved in numerous public takeover and public-to-private transactions, including groundbreaking hostile and mandatory takeover bids. His equity capital markets engagements include IPOs on several international stock exchanges, secondary offerings and private placements.

Peter also frequently acts in matters on large (international) alliances, joint ventures, buyouts and PE transactions for clients across a range of sectors, such as real estate, telecom and energy.

Peter has been at the helm of the Corporate practice of our London office between 2010 and 2016.
