Zuzanna advises clients on complex cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on private equity, M&A and corporate restructurings. She has extensive experience supporting sponsors, management teams and corporates on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and internal reorganisations across multiple jurisdictions.
Zuzanna joined our Luxembourg office in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, she gained international experience at leading law firms and multinational organisations in London, Warsaw and Amsterdam, advising on a broad range of corporate law matters, M&A transactions and cross-border restructurings.
