Tania Vajsova-Jones, senior associate, is a member of our Corporate Practice Group and is currently based in our Paris office. She focuses on advising clients on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Tania joined the Luxembourg Corporate Practice Group in 2014. She specialises in Private Equity matters, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
She generally focuses on transactional work for private equity firms and helps navigate every stage of the investment life cycle, from acquisition through exists. Tania also advises international groups on restructuring matters and the implementation of management incentive plans.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Tania acquired two years of experience in corporate law, private litigation and insolvency proceedings in France.
