Selina is a member of our tax practice group. She specialises in Swiss and international taxation with a focus on tax dispute resolution, in particular relating to complex transfer pricing matters, as well as on real estate taxation, cross-border tax planning, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, and equity compensation plans. She also advises clients on Swiss indirect tax matters.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Selina worked at an international law firm as well as in-house at a MNE in Zurich. She is also an editor of a popular online medium that provides weekly updates on the most recent developments in Swiss taxation.
