Sander Tijl
Senior Associate - Tax Adviser
Sander Tijl, tax adviser, is a member of the Investment Management practice group in our Amsterdam office. He focuses on cross-border investments from the perspective of both investment managers and investors, real estate and taxation of international business activities. He is also a member of the Germany team.
Sander specialises in cross-border investments and business activities in particular involving the Benelux countries and Germany. He mainly advises multinational corporations and investment funds on the tax aspects of reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate investments.
He is a member of our knowledge group on the Dutch participation exemption and frequently teaches on this subject both within our firm and externally.
Sander was based in our New York office in 2016 and 2017.
