Pieter W.H. Stalman, partner, is a member of the Executive Committee of our office in Luxembourg and a member of the Luxembourg Tax Practice Group. He focuses on cross-border transactions and group restructuring.

Pieter W.H. Stalman is a member of the Luxembourg Tax practice group since June 2007. He has worked for the Amsterdam and Geneva offices, headed the Tokyo office from 1998 to 2005 and headed the Eindhoven office from 2005 to mid-2007.
He specialises in advising multinational clients on cross-border transactions and group restructuring with particular focus on the Benelux countries, Japan, China and Switzerland.
Pieter is also a member of our region team Italy.
