Omar joined the Corporate Practice Group in 2022. He focuses on advising clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and private equity.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Omar worked for close to four years in the corporate department of a leading Luxembourg law firm and trained at international law firms in Paris, Monaco and Casablanca.
