Omar was seconded to the firm’s New York office, where he expanded his practice in international M&A and restructuring transactions, with a particular emphasis on the U.S. market. He is also a member of the firm’s U.S. Region Team.
Before joining our Luxembourg team in 2022, Omar practiced in the corporate department of a top-tier Luxembourg law firm, where he was involved in high-profile M&A and restructuring deals. He also trained at international law firms in Paris, Monaco, and Casablanca, gaining broad international exposure to corporate and transactional law.
