Olivier Charlier, attorney at law, is a member of the Real Estate practice group in our Brussels office. He focuses on assisting clients in real estate transactions and provide various legal services in real estate law.
Olivier's practice includes a.o. (i) drafting and negotiating of various transaction agreements (share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and related transaction agreements/documents), rights in rem and lease agreements, (ii) handling real estate dispute resolution and (iii) providing general advice on various real estate matters (civil law, rights in rem, leases, etc).
Before joining Loyens & Loeff in 2022, Olivier worked as attorney at law in the real estate department of a big four spin-off firm.
