She specialises in Dutch technology law and advises clients on commercial contracting, intellectual property, information technology, data protection and privacy.
Mina also has a background in EU and Dutch competition law, where she advised on cartel prohibition, abuse of dominance and merger control. In addition, she also developed strong expertise in the regulatory frameworks governing competition and healthcare authorities and foreign direct investment (FDI) screening.
