Max Hijnen, attorney at law, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group in our Amsterdam office.
Max specialises in advising (inter)national companies and banks in national and international financing transactions. Before joining the Banking & Finance practice group, Max was a member of the Litigation & Risk Management practice group, where he gained experience in advising and litigating on commercial and corporate disputes.
