Matthijs van Bohemen

Matthijs is a senior associate who has been advising clients (foreign and domestic) within the real estate sector since 2014. He focuses on commercial real estate transactions – both by way of asset and share deals –, turnkey projects, project development and tenancy law.

Matthijs is a member of our Project Development & Construction Team and co-author of the book 'Building in the Netherlands’. This publication is intended to be a handy overview of the most important legal and tax facets for Dutch building and project development practice. The publication is the result of a joint effort made by various Loyens & Loeff attorneys at law, tax advisers and civil law notaries in different disciplines, who pooled together their expertise and experience.
