Marc Klerks
Partner - Tax Adviser
Marc Klerks, partner, heads the tax practice in the London office of Loyens & Loeff. He is a member of the dedicated Transactional Tax team and is part of the Tax Opinion Committee.

Marc has extensive experience in advising clients on a broad range of complex corporate and commercial tax matters, with particular emphasis on private equity transactions, including investments, private and public company takeovers, public and private fund formation and restructurings as well as other funds issues. He also assists clients on complex finance transactions and management incentive arrangements.
From 1995 through to 1998 Marc worked at our New York office and previously headed the London office from 2000 to 2006.
