Laure Nacache is a member of the Real Estate practice in our Luxembourg office.
Laure specialises in real estate law. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals structured as asset deals and share deals, acting for investors, developers and corporate occupiers.
Her practice covers all stages of a transaction, from legal due diligence to the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. She also advises and represents clients in real estate disputes before the civil courts, particularly in matters relating to construction law, including construction defects, hidden defects, developers' and contractors' liability, construction insurance, as well as contractual and civil liability issues arising in connection with real estate projects.
