Kristine Karaluna, associate, is a member of the Investment Management Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on fund finance and real estate finance transactions.
Kristine advises borrowers and lenders on a broad range of national and cross-border financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on fund finance and real estate finance.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff in 2020, Kristine worked at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France, as well as gained experience in a leading law firm in Riga, Latvia.
