In her current position, she advises clients in various matters regarding Investment Fund Management, such as fund establishment, management of the fund’s structure, liquidation, merger. She has also been involved in matters related to AML/ CFT/ KYC. Karina advised multinational asset management companies in the structuring of new investment vehicles.
