Casper de Kroon, attorney at law, is a member of the Real Estate practice group in Amsterdam.
Before joining the Real Estate practice, Casper was a member of the Corporate practice, where he gained experience in mergers & acquisitions and, in particular, capital market transactions. He has also been a member of our Litigation & Risk Management practice, where he litigated and advised in the field of corporate law and contract law.
