Jordan joined Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in September 2015. In 2019, he was seconded to our New York office where he advised US clients and attended a wide range of client events to strengthen the firm’s presence on the US market.

He generally focuses on transactional work for private equity firms but also advises international groups on restructuring matters and the implementation of management incentive plans.

In line with the firm’s will to work as closely as possible with its clients, Jordan was also seconded to EQT Exeter’s Luxembourg office during the summer 2021 where he provided support to the corporate team.

Jordan is also a part-time teacher (enseignant vacataire) at the University of Lorraine where he is lecturing "Practice of M&A / Corporate Law" since the first quarter of 2022 to students of the "Master 1 - Magistère de Juriste d'Affaires Européen".

Jordan Kaselow, senior associate, is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. He focuses on advising clients on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.
