Joachim assists clients from start to finish in real estate transactions (asset deals and share deals), in rental matters, due diligence matters and corporate aspects of real estate companies. Joachim also advises clients on rights in rem, lease- and construction contracts.

Before joining Loyens & Loeff in 2022, Joachim worked for a boutique law firm specialised in (private) construction law based in Antwerp and Brussels.
