Jasper Baas is a member of the Corporate M&A expertise group in our Amsterdam office.
Jasper specialises in European and Dutch competition law and corporate law. He advises clients on the application of competition laws, such as the cartel prohibition, the abuse of dominance, state aid and merger control. His further areas of expertise include corporate investigations, foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and supervision of competition and healthcare authorities.
Before joining the competition team, Jasper was a member of the Corporate / M&A team, where he worked on on national and international corporate transactions and joint ventures, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity–driven investment matters.
Jasper is admitted to the Amsterdam bar.
