Florence joined Loyens & Loeff in January 2015. As a member of the Litigation & Risk Management Practice Group, Florence advises clients on general commercial law and also represents them in court and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. She specialises in general commercial law, intellectual property, regulatory law and data protection law. In particular, Florence has been assisting and providing tailored solutions to clients regarding compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Since December 2018, Florence is also working as a Doctoral Researcher and a Teaching Assistant for the University of Luxembourg (UL) and Maastricht University (UM). Florence is researching in the field of data protection, fundamental rights and information technologies.
