Finola Exall, associate, is a member of the Litigation & Risk Management Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on commercial litigation, real estate law, intellectual property law and also food and cosmetics law.

Finola advises and represents clients in commercial and civil matters, including bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. She also provides regulatory advice to food business operators, life science and cosmetic companies. She is part of the Loyens & Loeff Intellectual Property and Life Science teams.
Finola has considerable experience in handling various real estate matters, from the review and negotiation of lease agreements to the analysis of the wide range of due diligence aspects relating to the construction or acquisition of real estate projects.
She joined Loyens& Loeff Luxembourg in November 2018. Before that she was working for another major law firm in Luxembourg where she was working predominantly on real estate matters.
