Elsa assists on national and cross-border financial transactions, and in particular on acquisition finance, aircraft, ship and rail finance, asset finance, refinancing and in capital markets transactions, including debt and equity offerings and listing of securities on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Elsa worked for five years in a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg where she assisted on banking and international capital market matters.
