Elisabetta Lentsiou, associate, is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

As a member of the Corporate Practice Group, Elisabetta advises Luxembourg and foreign clients on the structuring and implementation of national and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, incorporations, liquidations, group restructurings and other private equity deals.
Elisabetta joined the Corporate Department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in October 2019.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Elisabetta worked at one of the leading law firms in Greece, in the Corporate, Real Estate, Finance and Banking Department, acquiring significant experience in corporate transactions.
