Edouard has a particular focus on corporate law, especially cross-border transactions and corporate restructurings. He has significant experience advising major private equity houses and investment platforms on cross-border acquisitions, disposals, portfolio restructurings and co-investment structures.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Edouard spent nine years at another leading international law firm in Luxembourg, including secondments to their London and New York offices. During these secondments, he worked closely with UK- and US-based clients on Luxembourg corporate law matters.
