Ebru Yalcin, Advisory Counsel, is a member of the Investment Management Practice in our Luxembourg office and focuses on licence applications and ongoing regulatory support for alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs).

Ebru has extensive experience in advising investment fund managers with regard to cross-border fund distribution and ongoing regulatory requirements. Ebru focuses on matters such as on-site inspections by regulators, regulatory check-ups, mock inspections and gap analysis. Ebru has a strong consultancy background and is able to advise her clients on regulatory and distribution matters.
She is part of the Regulatory Watch and Update Series team ensuring that our clients are kept informed of new regulatory developments and legal matters that require their ongoing attention.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Ebru worked in a big four as a Director and served as Conducting Officer at a SuperManCo in Luxembourg.
