Davide specialises in fund formation and regulations affecting the investment management industry. He assists fund promoters and asset managers in relation to the structuring and establishment of a wide range of alternative investment funds including private equity, private debt, funds of funds, real estate, infrastructure and funds investing in tangible assets. He also advises investment vehicles with respect to closings, investments, divestments and liquidation procedures as well as the applicable regulatory regime on ongoing basis.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Davide worked several years in the investment funds department of another reputable Luxembourg law firm.
