Caroline Vandeput, attorney at law, is a member of the Real Estate practice group in our Brussels office. She focuses on real estate law, advising on real estate transactions, leases and rights in rem, as well as due diligence, permitting, zoning and environmental matters.
Caroline advises clients on a broad range of Belgian real estate matters. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, leases, rights in rem, due diligence exercises, and the real estate aspects of asset and share deals. She also assists clients with permitting, zoning and environmental matters.
She advises a diverse client base on the acquisition, management, development and disposal of real estate assets. Her experience spans both transactional and advisory work, enabling her to support clients throughout the lifecycle of real estate projects and investments. Caroline regularly assists with legal due diligence reviews in the context of real estate transactions and corporate acquisitions involving real estate assets. She also advises on the structuring and negotiation of real estate arrangements, including lease agreements and the establishment or transfer of rights in rem.
Based in the Brussels office, Caroline has been part of Loyens & Loeff since 2022.
