Arthur Courroy, associate, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group in our Luxembourg office. He is involved in cross-border secured lending transactions and advises on capital markets and regulatory issues.

Arthur acts for lenders, multinational corporations and investment funds. Prior to his appointment as an associate, Arthur was a trainee in our Investment Management and Banking & Finance practice groups. During his studies he also gained valuable experience in the German offices of a major US law firm, notably in litigation and insurance.
