François Nihoul, attorney at law, is a member of the Employment & Benefits practice group in our Brussels office. He is also a member of the Privacy & Data Protection Team.

François focuses on both individual and collective, national and international, labour law. Additionally, as a member of the Privacy & Data Protection Team, he works on data protection and privacy issues related to employment relationships. François is also a Teaching and Research Assistant in private international law at the UCLouvain.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff, François held a position of docent in International and European Law at the Universiteit Maastricht.
