Esther’s practice focuses on the energy and infrastructure sector, in particular on project development, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and joint ventures. She advises clients in offshore and onshore wind, solar, gas and hydrogen transactions.
Prior to joining the Energy & Infrastructure practice group, Esther was a member of the Employment & Benefits practice group, where she gained experience in advising clients on individual and collective dismissal law (including dismissal of managing directors), employee representation in reorganisations and restructurings, the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, cross-border labour and pension law.
