Jan Bart Schober, tax partner, is a member of the Employment & Benefits practice group.
Jan Bart has over twenty years of experience in Loyens & Loeff's tax practice and mainly advises Dutch corporates and multinationals in the field of wage withholding tax. He focuses on equity incentives, cross-border employment and transactional matters like M&A transactions and group restructurings.
Jan Bart worked at our London office for three years and managed our Dubai office for almost five years. Currently, he heads the tax team of the Employment & Benefits practice group.
