Stijn Werdmölder, attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate / M&A practice group in our Amsterdam office. His work focuses on private equity and M&A transactions with an international angle and more specifically, digital economy transactions.
In 2017 Stijn was seconded to EQT where he formed part of the GP team and in such capacity he advised on a variety of international M&A acquisitions. From 2018 through 2019, Stijn worked in the London Office of Loyens & Loeff, where he mainly focused on cross-border M&A transactions.
Prior to joining the Corporate / M&A practice group, Stijn was a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group.
