In 2017 Stijn was seconded to EQT where he formed part of the GP team and in such capacity he advised on a variety of international M&A acquisitions. From 2018 through 2019, Stijn worked in the London Office of Loyens & Loeff, where he mainly focused on cross-border M&A transactions.
Prior to joining the Corporate / M&A practice group, Stijn was a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group.
