Deen bereikt overeenstemming met Albert Heijn, Vomar Voordeelmarkt en DekaMarkt over voornemen tot verkoop van alle Deen supermarkten aan deze drie partijen. Een gedeelte van de supermarkten (22) zal worden omgezet naar de Vomar-formule.
