JZ Logistics Holding (overseas) Co. Limited heeft een meerderheidsbelang verworven in North Sea Tankers B.V. die tankervloten beheert voor de chemische markt in Noordwest-Europa en het Middellandse Zeegebied. Dit belang is verworven van Windward Holding B.V., een particuliere onderneming die een belang heeft in het bezit en de exploitatie van kustchemicaliƫntankers die voornamelijk varen in Noordwest-Europa en de Middellandse Zee. Onder de nieuwe eigendomsstructuur zal North Sea Tankers B.V. haar vlootsamenstelling en marktaanwezigheid versterken.
