Loyens and Loeff advised Gimv on the acquisition of all outstanding shares in Baas Groep B.V.
Baas Groep B.V. will form a strategic combination with the previously acquired Verkley, creating a strong, national, player active in design, construction and maintenance of essential infrastructure for energy, water, and telecom.
