Loyens & Loeff adviseerde Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR), een toonaangevende wereldwijde leverancier van cloud- en carrier-neutrale datacenter-, colocatie- en interconnectieoplossingen, bij de verkoop van drie datacenters in Nederland, als onderdeel van de verkoop van een portfolio van 11 datacenters in Europa, aan Ascendas Reit, een door CapitaLand gesponsorde Real Estate Investment Trust. De totale dealwaarde was circa USD 680 miljoen.
